Helena is currently an undergraduate Computer Science student at NYU. She has prior experience at NYU Stern Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning and at Towerline Software as a software development intern. Helena has a passion for the cello. When not working or studying, she enjoys knitting and baking to relax her mind and spirit.

Co-Founder and CEO

Prior to founding Epickk, Burcin was a corporate lawyer with several years of experience in New York and London, primarily working on M&A and international capital markets deals. He also represented pro bono clients in prominent civil rights cases in New York and Washington, DC. Burcin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University and a Master’s degree in International Business and Politics from NYU. He is passionate about traveling, reading and cooking. As a new father, he now owns a growing collection of child development books.

Co-Founder and COO

Bilgin has a broad range of experience in the operations of technology and startup companies, having spent over a decade pursuing various entrepreneurial endeavors. He holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and received his Master’s degree in Product Development from Stevens Institute of Technology. Bilgin’s strong entrepreneurial background combined with his engineering discipline provides an innovative approach to effective problem-solving. Bilgin has a deep affinity for blue oceans and scuba diving.

Co-Founder and Lead iOS Developer

Larry is a seasoned mobile developer with more than 20 years of experience in object-oriented programming and software development. Larry started his career at IBM and has worked at several prominent companies. He received an undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Johns Hopkins University. Away from the computer, he enjoys playing the classical guitar, spinning vinyl records and taking photographs with one of his vintage cameras.

Co-Founder and Director of EMEA Operations

Muge has been involved in international marketing and communications for more than 15 years with a focus on the luxury sector. Prior to Epickk, she was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Tiffany & Co and Damas, and the International Marketing and Communication Director at Gilan Jewelry. After graduating from Saint-Benoît, she received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University. As an audacious explorer, she loves discovering new cuisines and traveling abroad.

Co-Founder and CCO

Originally from Brussels, Olivier is a design and identity specialist with more than 15 years of experience. Prior to Epickk, he founded several prominent design agencies in Europe, including Qian, Manythink and Screenshot. He has a Master’s degree from Ecole Nationale des Arts Visuels de la Cambre in Brussels and taught graphic design at Saint-Luc de Liège for many years. His native language is French, and his motto is "less is more."

Co-Founder and CTO

Adam is a computer scientist with prior experience at Facebook and the U.S. Department of Defense. He has a long-standing relationship with Columbia University, holding undergraduate, Master's and M.Phil. degrees. He is currently working toward the completion of his Ph.D. He has several publications at top-tier scientific venues and holds two patents in the area of design security. Adam enjoys improv comedy, music, small mammals and good food.

Advisor, US Operations

Arman is a Managing Partner at Netsoft USA and currently advises and provides strategic support to Epickk’s US operations. He has over 10 years of experience in management and technology consulting, helping organizations improve business performance via strategic planning, organizational change and technology initiatives. He holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and is currently pursuing an MBA from MIT. When he is not at work or school, he enjoys sailing and traveling.

Front End Developer

Originally from Taiwan, Chia-Yen recently graduated from New York University with a Master’s degree in Computer Science. His previous experience includes building Facebook and iOS Mobile game applications for various start-up companies. Chia-Yen is a sport enthusiast who loves watching baseball and basketball games.

Business Development and Marketing Associate

After receiving an undergraduate degree from NYU Stern School of Business, Terry began his career in investment banking at Piper Jaffray’s NYC office, with a focus on healthcare M&A. Later, he helped launch BonChon Indonesia in Jakarta as the Director of Finance and Business Development. A fervent sports fan, Terry also enjoys reading, traveling and snowboarding.

Business Development and Marketing Intern

Frank is currently an undergraduate finance student at Baruch College, and he is one of our zealous interns at Epickk. Yearning to learn more about his field, he loves to read about history and economics during his free time. Also, in order to better his physique, Frank enjoys mountain biking and judo.

Business Development and Marketing Associate

Elizabeth is a recent graduate from New York University with past work experience managing German and Brazilian real estate development portfolios for a New York investment bank. She has resided in Brazil, Germany and the Czech Republic while sharpening her foreign language skills and working abroad. She is a self-professed foodie and Bossa Nova aficionado and plans to use her expertise of the South American market to further expand Epickk’s global network.

Front End Developer

Fyodor is a self-taught software programmer with a specific interest in front end development. After working at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in New York, Fyodor decided to transition to a career in computer science and web development. He has prior experience at Time Magazine in Moscow and La Tribune in Paris and holds an undergraduate degree in European history from Columbia University. His interests include film, television, science, music, politics, and travel.

Business Development and Marketing Intern

Prior to interning at Epickk, Inc. Kamila worked at a law firm, Koenigsberg & Associates, P.C. for 4 years doing paralegal work. She is a student at Baruch College studying Corporate Communications with a focus on marketing management. Kamila is passionate about traveling and new languages. She is currently learning French and Spanish, and doesn't plan on stopping there.

Creative Communications Intern

Alon is currently a student at Columbia University studying Philosophy and Visual Arts. He has worked in the fashion and art industries and is an artist himself. Unwilling to limit himself to one train of thought, he works in many mediums, ranging from photography to music. At Epickk, he hopes to further expand his repertoire and bring a strong artistic and creative mind to the technological workplace.

Brand Manager

Selin has more than 15 years of experience in brand management, communication and marketing with a focus on social and digital media. Before joining Epickk, she was a project manager at Yemeksepeti.com and was responsible for online brand communication, business development, and social media marketing. Selin has an undergraduate degree in Business Management. She loves cooking, and also enjoys cycling, watching movies and playing with her adorable cats.
